Say, does anyone know how to import a moodtheme from LJ to Dreamwidth?  I really don't want to enter all the URLs by hand, and I know when I did the moodtheme in LJ, I was able to follow someone's instructions on how to mass upload it.

I've never had a custom mood theme so I don't think I can help you! But have you tried the DW wiki? http://wiki.dwscoalition.org/notes/Known_Issues#Icons_.2F_Moods

Oh, wait. Never mind, I didn't actually look at what was in the wiki. It's more for the developers than the average user. Hmm, maybe try one of the official DW comms?
