So, I was hunting for screen caps from SPN today, and found some good ones. Thus, I turned one into a fairly simple icon of Sam. I just really like the expression on his face and the lighting of the shot.

Depressing times

Man, if it isn't one thing...my parents called me the other day, and told me that someone I went to high school with had been injured very badly by a car. Turns out it was a guy I knew, who was the Chapel Hill mascot, had been hit by a car up in NY during the NCAA tournament. They called again this afternoon to tell me that Jason had died this morning. I mean, it isn't like I knew him terribly well; we only had one class together, but he was a nice, goofy, funny guy. And even though he was a year ahead of me, it turns out I'm actually older than he was. It's so sad, so depressing. There's been too much death around here lately.
