Make a list of five of your favourite series (no peeking at the questions first), then answer the questions behind the cut.
1. House
2. Doctor Who
3. Torchwood
4. The West Wing
5. Numb3rs
1. Which is your favourite series from your list?
I think they rotate, depending from how I feel. Right now, Doctor Who and Torchwood tie.
2. If you were to pair two characters from 1 (House) and 4 (The West Wing), who would they be?
Ooh, Sam and Wilson, now that would be pretty.
3. What is one thing you'd like to change about 3 (Torchwood)'s plotline?
THE END OF 'CAPTAIN JACK HARKNESS'. THE TWO JACKS TOTALLY SNOGGED IN PRIVATE THE FIRST TIME, BEFORE THEY WERE INTERRUPTED, AND THERE WAS DEFINITELY NO DANCING. Not that I'm against cute dancing, but it was 1941, it was military, it wouldn't have happened. Irresponsible writing. [/rant]
4. If both main characters of 2 (DW) and 5 (Numb3rs) were falling off a cliff, which one would you save?
Erm. Let me think about this real hard. The Doctor can regenerate (or be saved by his really smart companion with the TARDIS); Charlie and Don, while awesome, are completely mortal. Sorry, Doc, the brothers win. (I'm saying that Charlie and Don Eppes are dual main characters for Numb3rs.)
5. Which event was the most horrible for you in 1 (House)?
Tough choice. Either the Vogler/Tritter arc (let's face it, Tritter was just a Vogler repeat), or that part of S4 that aired during the writers' strike, choosing the new ducklings and all. Gah.
6. Which is your least favourite character of 2 (DW)?
So many to choose from... Of the canon I've seen (and we're sticking with Old Skool here, folks), I'd have to say...None of them. Oh, all right. If I must choose, then I suppose either Tegan or Nyssa. They were kind of boring, and JNT emphasised them way too much. Ooh, or the Black Guardian, though it is really rather great to laugh at his utter ridiculousness.
7. If the antagonist of 3 (Torchwood) were to rape the main character of 1 (House), what would you do?
Er, well, TW hasn't got a single antagonist, as such. Not S1, which is all I've seen. In any case, I'm fairly certain that House can make a pretty good account for himself (don't underestimate the cane!).
8. What song reminds you of 5 (Numb3rs)?
This is gonna sound soo dumb, but 'Summer of 69' by Bryan Adams. It was on one of the episodes, and I love that song!
9. Of 1 (House), 3 (TW), and 5 (Numb3rs), which is the easiest to think about?
Oh, god. I really can't choose here, people.
10. Are the protagonists of 2 (DW) and 4 (TWW) similar?
A bit, yes. They tend to be driven by idealism and curiosity, have more intellect than most, but relatively little common sense, are wonderfully empathetic, and very genuine. Other than that, absolutely not. For fuck's sake, one's about a time-travelling alien, the other's a political drama.

"hell yes" to this. Though, I'll admit, I luuuuuuv Nyssa in the audios. But good lord, the 80s were a dark time for female characters in Who.
